The invitation Orange Ball Tennis Tournament for boys Under-8 conducted by Thora Tennis Academy Matale was held at Matale District Tennis Club Courts in Matale. Players from Christ Church College and Sirimavo Bandaranaike Model School in Matale participated in the tournament which was played for the Junior Thora Tennis Cup.
Based on the performance Limuthu Yehasara and Onila Bandara of Sirimavo Bandaranaike MV and Himasha Wijesiri, Nimsadu Gunarathne and Ishitha Dharmasiri of Christ Church College were named as the top five players of the tournament.
The tournament was conducted under the supervision of Harsha Gihantha Chandrasiri, the Matale Regional Coordinator for Sri Lanka Tennis Association.
