Australasian Academy of Hospitality opens its State-of-the-Art Building

Australasian Academy of Hospitality (AAH) officially opened its state-of-the-art building at Alexandra Place, Colombo 7 on the 17th of January 2019. Board of Directors from Australia invited guests and the new batch of students with their parents attended this historical event.

AAH being the first Australian direct investment in the higher education spectrum of Sri Lanka will offer quality Australian Hospitality Management Programmes in partnership with Evolution Hospitality Institute (EHI) in Sydney Australia. Sri Lankan and overseas students from the region will have the opportunity to launch their Australian hospitality programme and either complete the whole programme in Sri Lanka or transfer to an Overseas University.

Mr. Carl Jacoby Heading the consortium of Australian investors stated “We are excited about the prospects in Sri Lanka in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry growth and we have come to Sri Lanka with a long-term plan to contribute to develop and enhance the skills of future generation of Sri Lankans to pursue a lucrative career in the Hospitality and Tourism Sector”

Students will have one of the best experiences in higher education at AAH with world class infrastructure and a qualified panel of lectures from Sri Lanka and Australia. For the first time in Sri Lanka Australian Qualification is offered by and Australian institution at a cost of 80% less than studying the whole programme in Sri Lanka.

“Our vison is to be the best in the Hospitality and Tourism higher education provider in Sri Lanka and in the region, this is the first step towards achieving our vision.
