ANC Full Scholarship awarded to Lyceum Gampaha student Denuka Hemachandra
View(s):ANC FULL Scholarship was awarded to A/L student Denuka Hemachandra from Lyceum Gampaha to realize his childhood dream of a world class international degree qualification from USA. ANC recognized Denuka’s exceptional performance at the recently held A level examination where he achieved 2 A* and 1 A for his Cambridge London A Level examination held in August 2018.
Denuka’s exceptional performance is a testament to his perseverance and his inspirational story as a student who took on the commitments of his family at a very young age due to the passing of his father have overcome many difficulties and obstacles to produce this great achievement at London A levels making his mother proud.
ANC’s Scholarship program aims to recognize and reward deserving students like Denuka enabling them to secure a spot in the ANC scholarship program to receive the highest scholarship offer that enables them to pursue their higher education dreams and become an internationally qualified graduate from an American University.
When asked how this full scholarship would change his life, Denuka had this to say ‘I never imagined I would get this opportunity to study at an American University, I have heard that graduates of ANC are doing very well in their chosen fields at top corporates in Sri Lanka and around the world.
