‘Guttila Kaavya’ goes on the boards
View(s):‘Guttila Kaavya’ a theatrical interpretation of well-known poetry based on a Jathaka story will be staged at 8.15 am and 10.45 am on June 14 at the YMBA auditorium in Borella.
“Guttila Kaavya” is a prescribed text for both GCE Ordinary and Advanced Level Sinhala subjects.
The play is performed by experienced actors Prasannajith Abeysuriya, Chadrasoma Binduhewa, Jayanath Bandara, Thilanka Gamage, Dinupa Kodagoda, Thilan Warnajith, Susantha Kahandawalaarachchi, Tony Kevitiyagala, Iresha Jeewanthi, Priyantha Kumari, Asiri Edirisinghe and lmaya Sewwandika.
Dilshan Umayanga handles the music while stage setting is by Dasun Theikshana.
