A commemoration ceremony of Sanghamitta Theri will be held on Tuesday December 19, at 2.30 p.m. at the All Ceylon Women’s Buddhist Congress, 400  Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07 with the participation of a large number of Buddhist nuns. After the welcome speech by the President Ramani Rajapaksha, Dr. Hema Goonatilake and Swarna Sumanasekera, President, National Committee on Women will address the meeting. The discussion will be chaired by Bhikkhuni Badalgama Dhamma Nandani.
