Error in headline of Business Times Poll story
View(s):An error crept into the headline “Governance levels unlikely to improve – BT Poll” in the Business Times story on the front page in its August 13 issue.
The headline should have read as “Governance levels likely to improve – BT Poll”.
Some readers raised this issue pointing out that 57 per cent (the majority) had agreed that governance and accountability will improve owing to Foreign Minister Ravi Karunanayake’s resignation and therefore the headline is incorrect. The error is regretted.
