Passport Office coming to Battaramulla
View(s):The Department of Immigration and Emigration will be limiting its services at its Punchi Borella main office in Colombo and regional offices in Kandy, Matara and Vavuniya, on August 26 and 29 to facilitate the Department’s relocation to Battaramulla.
An official said the one-day service for issuing passports will not be available on Monday August 29 while services such as issuing normal passports, alterations, issuance of visa and matters related to citizenship will only be available on limited basis on that day.
From August 29 the Department will operate from “Suhurupaya”, Battaramulla.
