View(s):The Wings for Life World Run will begin simultaneously in 35 places around the world on May 3rd at 4.30 pm Sri Lanka time. The unique feature of the Wings for Life World Run is the Catcher Car, which acts as a “moving finish line”, pursuing and ultimately passing the runners during the race. This makes the race not only a competition between the race and the Catcher Car, it also makes it the fairest race in the world. To train for the race, athletes have access to the Wings for Life World Run app, which has the Catcher Car attached to your smartphone.
