‘Rhythm of 70s and 80s’, a musical extravaganza of the seventies and eighties era will come alive at the newly refurbished Town Hall of Panadura on 7 February strating from 6.30pm. The Concert ‘Rhythm of 70s and 80s’ is organized by the ‘Wesley Guild’ of the Methodist Church of Keselwatta, Panadura in aid of Chruch’s much required Sunday School premises building fund.

‘Rhythm of 70s and 80s’ will feature some of the top names in the showbiz of the 70s and 80s era. This musical fiesta will comprise of vivid contributions by popular singers namely Indrani Perera, Anil Bharathi, Dalreen Suby, Christopher Paul, Dinesh Priyasad and young Shenya Napthalie. Popular movie star Dinakshi Priyasad will also join in the singing with her father Dinesh Priyasad and sister Shanudri Priyasad.

Dancing items will be provided by Varuni’s Dancing Team, while music backing will be provided by Lucky Deva, Shiraz, Disnaka, Kamal and Lakmal of ‘Spirit Band’. The organisers are planning to make this event a success by enlightening audience with the presentation of singers and artistes in a colourful manner.
