French romantic drama movies with interesting interpretation to love will be screened at the auditorium of Alliance Francaise de Colombo on every Tuesday and Wednesday.  French drama ‘Loulou’ directed by Maurice Pialat portraying how contemporary France mocks prosperity as a substitute for social and sexual revolution will be screened at 3 pm on February 10 and at 6.30 pm on February 11. 

Starring Isabelle Huppert and Gérard Depardieu ‘Loulou’ is the story of a love affair between two young Parisians from totally different social backgrounds. Loulou, a petty criminal meets middle-class Nelly at a disco. Nelly works in advertising and has been living for three years with her boss André. Bored with André, she leaves him to live with Loulou……
