Royal ended the Singer U20 inter-schools rugby season on a winning note with an easy 38 points to 15 win over Science College Mt.

Lavinia in the Cup championship match played at Mt Lavinia yesterday.

Royal having led 17-8 at the breather made up their points through four goals and two tries as against a goal, try and a penalty scored by the home team.

For Royal Supun Warnakulasuriya went over for three tries while skipper Nimshan Jayawardena scored two and Aakash Iddawela one with Jayawardena kicked over the four conversions.

Science College tries came from Prasad Malinda and Prince Chamara while Chathura Gomes converted one try and also booted over the penalty.
