Palm Sunday service at St. Michael’s
View(s):The Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Polwatte, Colombo 3 will have a Devotion for Choir and Congregation titled “Cross of Christ” today, Palm Sunday, April 13 at 6 p.m. The Devotion will be in seven parts from the Foretelling of the Cross to the final acclamation of Christ Triumphant. The Anthems and Chorales are by J.S. Bach, Mozart, John Goss and Ousley, among others.
The congregation is invited to join in the singing of many of the well loved Passiontide hymns.
The choir will be directed by Dr Lalith Perera and at the organ will be Denham Pereira. All are welcome.
