All our projects are asbestos free, timber free (except for doors), we use our own cellular blocks, whereby hazardous is not caused to the nature by burning of bricks. Solar power is used for hot water and we keep provision for rainwater harvesting. Also, houses are designed in a manner whereby daylight as well as air could be utilized to the maximum so the consumption of electricity could be reduced.

The company also has developed mechanisms in which it has effectively reduced the carbon footprint and thereby creating carbon credit. Sustainability is now seen as the key factor in any business, and in the future only organizations that make sustainability a goal will achieve the competitive advantage. That means rethinking business models as well as products, technologies and processes”, added Mr. Gonsal.
