Deccans Charged by Rohit Sharma

 
Powered by a last over charge by Indian batsman Rohit Sharma Deccan Charges roared into a last ball win against the bottom of the table Kolkata Knight Riders in their IPL tie at the Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg, yesterday.

With twenty one required to win the game, Sharma hit 26 runs off Bangladesh fast bowler Mashrafe Mortaza to take his side to a memorable win in the last ball of the match. Sharma hit an unbeaten 32 runs in only thirteen balls at the end.

Earlier Knight Riders after a poor start with only 50 runs on the board in their first ten overs also had a late charge to post a hard to get 160 runs from their allotted 20 overs.
