Pakistan advance to final Bangladesh Tri Nation
 
The Pakistan women cricketers advanced to the final of the Bangladesh Tri Nation cricket tournament with an easy nine wicket win over host Bangladesh played at the Khulna Divisional Stadium in Bangladesh yesterday.

It was almost a semi final clash with the winner of this match moving into the final to contest against Sri Lanka at the SBN Stadium in Dhaka on February 17.

Host Bangladesh invited to bat were bowled out for a score of 94 and Pakistan in their run chase reached the target in the 21st over.

Bangladesh Women 94 in 34.4 overs (Ayesha Akhter 21, Salma Khatun 18: Naila Nazir 3 for 23, Sana Mir 2 for 12). Pakistan Women 96 for 1 in 20.1 overs (Qanita Jalil 24, Bismah Maroof 41 n.o., Nain Abidi 19 n.o.)
