‘Adaraye Namayen’ : Lankan-Indian co-direction

"Adaraye Namayen" (Feel My Love) a co-direction by veteran Indian filmmaker A. R. Sorriyan and Sri Lankan Film-maker N. Nathan is now being screened at the EAP circuit cinemas around the country.
Based on the new trends of the younger generation and their feelings towards love, the story revolves around the three characters Roshan played by Roshan Ranawana, Dulika played by Kishani Alanki, Ajith (Shan) and his father Sanath Gunatilake.

Roshan is an orphan and Ajith is a well-known minister's son. Roshan's friends are all small children and he is featured as a typical 'cool' character and he does not take life or any problem seriously.

In contrast, Ajith always takes on his father's powers to have an upper hand over his friends and associates.

And he is interested in Duleeka, and he follows her around asking whether she would like to start a relationship with him.

Ajith threatens Duleeka that he would commit suicide if she does not accept his proposal. Unable to refuse his proposal Duleeka starts an affair with Ajith. In the meantime Roshan also get interested in Duleeka and these leads to a fight between Ajith and Roshan.

This gives beginning to a lot of twists and turns in the storyline. The movie was filmed within 51 days in locations such as some areas in Colombo, Wattala, Negombo, Peradeniya and most of the shooting was done at St. Benedict's College - Kotahena.
