Sri Rahula struggle for victory

Sri Rahula struggled long and hard before snatching a three run first innings win over St. Thomas’ Matale in their Under 19 tournament match completed in Matale yesterday.

All-rounder Amith Tillekeratne and Sunimal Dissanayake, skipper Chaturanga Dikkumbura and debutant Hasitha Madusanka were the pick of the visiting players.

All-rounder Lahiru Madusanka, skipper Guneratne and Kellepotha in particular, did well for St. Thomas’.
