The programme is structured as a high performance elite training initiative led by Head Coach and Programme Director Dr. Kaushal Manawadu, focusing on athlete development, performance monitoring, and structured training pathways. Through this initiative, selected athletes will receive financial sponsorship, access to professional training environments, and continuous performance support, while being evaluated annually based on discipline, progress, and competitive results.

The strategic initiative brings together a promising group of young athletes – Senitha Deenal, Jessie Seneviratne, Akalanka Nisal, Disali Lokuwithana, and Mark de Zylva under the guidance of the Programme Director and Head Coach Dr. Kaushal Manawadu, whose leadership, expertise, and high-performance vision will drive the development of these athletes towards international competitive standards and beyond with a clear vision towards the 2032 Olympic Games in Brisbane, Australia.

“Through this partnership, we are committed to providing sustained financial support, professional training resources, performance monitoring, and holistic athlete development creating an environment where young athletes can thrive, compete, and represent Sri Lanka on the global stage. More than a sponsorship, this is a long-term investment in ambition, discipline, and national pride, a programme built to shape not just athletes, but future Olympians,” an official of Moose Clothing stated.

In addition to their development, athletes will also represent Moose Clothing Company as brand ambassadors, contributing to media and promotional activities. This programme reflects Moose’s long-term commitment to elevating Sri Lanka’s presence in international sport and building a sustainable pipeline of future Olympians, while supporting youth development and high-performance excellence in swimming.
