Lankan envoy meets French Foreign Ministry Secretary General

The Ambassador of Sri Lanka in France, Manisha Gunasekera, paid a farewell call on the Secretary General of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, Martin Briens, last week at the ministry in Paris. The meeting entailed a discussion on issues of mutual interest in France-Sri Lanka bilateral relations, including the recent productive bilateral meeting held between President Emmanuel Macron and President Anura Kumara Dissanayake in New Delhi.
The ambassador thanked the Secretary General for the support extended by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, and the Director, Asia and Oceania and his team in the South Asia Directorate, for the cooperation with the embassy.
