The celebration took on a special charm this year with the participation of three talented young chefs from NAITA (National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority), Nethmi Saurangi, Nishani Sakunthala and Chamathka Bimsara, adding youthful energy and creativity to the tradition.
Under the expert guidance of Head Chef Sameera Rukshan, the trio demonstrated impressive culinary skill and professionalism throughout the ceremony. Their dedication and teamwork played a key role in the event’s success, underscoring Russel’s commitment to nurturing young talent and supporting meaningful skill development within the industry.
The event was graced by the presence of Managing Director Russel Perera, along with Directors Jehan and Rashane Perera. The entire office staff joined the celebration, adding enthusiasm and festive spirit through their active involvement. The ceremony concluded with vibrant staff dance performances, highlighting the diverse talents within the team and bringing the event to a joyful close.
