Northern Investment Summit 2026

The Management Club (TMC) announced that the Northern Investment Summit 2026 (NIS26) will be held on January 21–22, 2026 at the Thiruvalluvar Cultural Centre in Jaffna. NIS26 is conceived as a platform to reposition the Northern Province as an investment and trade hub by connecting national and international investors with carefully curated, bankable opportunities across priority sectors.
The two-day programme will bring together government leaders, private-sector executives, investors, diplomats, development partners, innovators and academics for highlevel policy dialogue, sector panels, project showcases and targeted B2B engagement. “The Northern Province is richly endowed — with natural resources, deep cultural heritage and resilient human capital — and recent improvements in connectivity, port access and policy incentives make this the opportune moment to spotlight its potential,” said the spokesperson for The Management Club. “NIS26 will catalyse partnerships that translate opportunity into sustainable jobs, enterprises and community prosperity.”
NIS sessions will be conducted in English and Tamil to ensure effective communication among participants. More than 400 delegates are expected to attend, representing a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
