Dialog supports National Volleyball teams in 2025
Dialog Axiata, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider, has reaffirmed the commitment to the nation’s sporting legacy by extending its sponsorship of Sri Lanka’s national volleyball teams through 2025. Under this partnership, the senior men’s and women’s national teams, as well as the junior men’s and women’s teams, will once again benefit from Dialog’s steadfast support.
Since 2022, Dialog Axiata has played a key role in empowering Sri Lanka’s volleyball teams, marking 2025 as the fourth consecutive year of its sponsorship commitment. This backing proved particularly instrumental in 2023, when the Dialog-powered senior men’s team clinched the Central Asian Volleyball Championship.

This year is set to be an eventful one for Sri Lankan volleyball. The senior men’s team will compete in the Central Asian Championship in Bangladesh this October, followed by the women’s tournament in the Maldives in December. Meanwhile, Colombo will host the Central Asian U-19 Girls’ Tournament in November, placing Sri Lanka at the heart of regional volleyball activities. Across all these international fixtures, Dialog’s sponsorship will play a key role in bolstering the teams’ preparations and performance.
Dialog’s connection with Sri Lanka’s national sport spans more than two decades, having entered the volleyball arena in 2005 with the Presidential Gold Cup—a tournament it has supported ever since.
