As part of the United Nations Vesak celebration in Viet Nam, the sacred Buddha relics has been brought from Sarnath’s Mulaghandha Kuty Vihara built by Anagarika Dharmapala for public veneration. President Anura Kumara Dissanayake left for Viet Nam yesterday on a state visit and to take part in the UN Vesak celebrations as chief guest.
