Wesley Tamil Lit Assn hold cultural show
View(s):Wesley College Tamil Literary Association’s Cultural show title Mathuram was held on Tuesday, April 4 at 3 p.m. at the college’s Main Auditorium.
The Tamil Literary Union of Wesley College consists of Tamil students and staff of the college. Founded in 1944 the TLU aims to spread the Tamil language across the world and seeks to facilitate the spreading of the Tamil spirit.
Among the 24 items presented at the Cultural Show the Sinhala Folk Dance earned many accolades for its performance.
After the successful conduct of the Agaram Phase 1 and Phase 2, Wesley College’s Tamil Literary Union has organised Mathuram for the recognition of the students, who performed well in the Agaram Competition after five years.
