Gateway College win Under-16 International Schools TT title

Gateway College emerged Boys champions and claimed the runners-up title in the Girls category at the Inter-International School Under-16 Table Tennis Championship held at the S. Thomas’ College Sports Complex in Mt. Lavinia.
The boys team led by Rahul Perera, who also won the ‘Player of the Tournament’ award, included Joshua Dharmadasa, Sandain Usgodaarachchi, Tharul Diyagama and Reuel Ramanathan. They beat Lyceum International School Wattala at the final.
The girls’ team included Tenuki Weerasekara, Leandra Jayathunge, Kalani Herath and Thesanga Abayasingha. They lost to Horizon College International at the final.
