Rahula Matara advance to semi-finals
Rahula College Matara advanced to the semi-finals of the Under 19 Division Two cricket tournament when they recorded a first inning win over Karandeniya Central in the quarter-final encounter concluded at Galle yesterday. Karandeniya Central resuming from their overnight score of 106 for 5 was restricted to a score of 190. This was in reply to Rahula’s score of 221 which came on the back of half tons by Piruna Thilakkumara and Nuwan Madusanka.
