Jayampathi steers SSC to victory

SSC skipper Charith Jayampathi with an unbeaten top score of 60 runs steered SSC to three run win on Duckworth/Lewis method in the final of the CDCA trophy 2011/2012 Division III final played at the NCC ground recently.

Jayampathy was adjudged the man-of-the-match as well as the best batsman, while Lahiru Sri Lakmal of Bloomfield won the award for the best bowler.
