Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) Deputy General Manager – Performance Management Ajith R. de Costa was recently inducted as the new President of the Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka(IPM) for 2010/2011.
Mr de Costa began his career as Asst. Secretary –Computer Services, National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka and subsequently completed the National Diploma in Human Resources Management at IPM Sri Lanka. This changed his initial Information Technology career to Human Resources Management.He is a product of Nalanda College Colombo and has a degree from the University of Colombo, a Post Graduate Diploma from the National Institute of Business Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rajarata University.
He joined the IPM in 2005 and has served on the council since 2007 |
