Kingswood are deprived of win

Not even one half century was scored in a match at Peradeniya where the ball dominated the bat and in consequence, Kingswood missed out on a chance of scoring their first win of the season.

Kingswood had done all the hard work, bowling out the Annites for a lowly 69. The visitors were set 184 to win and were badly placed at 79 for 6, must have been relieved when the rains came down.
