The FIFA 11+ injury-prevention programme online workshop was held in collaboration with MG Academy. The lead instructor was Dr. Lal Ekanayake, Director General, Institute of Sports Medicine.

Sri Lanka National players Waseem Razeek (Overseas), Shabeer Razooniya (Colombo FC), Praveena Perera (Navy SC) and Maleeka Amith (Gateway College) demonstrated the exercises. There were 11 winners for the quiz at the end of the workshop and the prize ceremony was held on January 7 at the Sports Ministry.

The online sessions are conducted completely free and anyone willing to be part of this monthly workshop could contact Mahinda Galagedara on 0714140057 to register. This is part of the monthly training sessions conducted with the support of Ministry of Youth and Sports.
