A protest was held this week in Galle due to the failure of educational authorities to provide proper safety precautions to reopen schools.  Even though schools in certain outstation areas were re-opened recently, some of them were closed again.

The protest was held in Galle town and was organised by the Frontline Socialist Party (FSP).
