Lyceum Panadura shines to end 2019 on a high note

Lyceum International School, Panadura wrapped up the 2019 year on a winning note when they emerged champions in the Schools Under-11 Badminton Championship that was held from December 28 to 30 at the Boyagane Army Indoor Stadium in Kurunegala.
The tournament was organised by the Schools Badminton association. In the Girls Championship they beat Maliyadeva Girls’ School, Kurunegala to emerge as Division ‘C’ champions. The young lasses of Lyceum Panadura recorded a 3-2 win against the Maliyadeva girls in the final.
In the Boys category, Lyceum Panadura beat Vidura College, Kandy to emerge as Division ‘D’ champions. The victors recorded a 3-2 win in the final.
On the other hand Lyceum, Nugegoda emerged Division ‘A’ champions in the Girls category.
