The first issue of the Sri Lanka Journal of Management Studies (SLJMS) is launched align with the inauguration ceremony of Faculty of Management Studies at the Open University of Sri Lanka. The first issue was dedicated for late professor Sudatta Ranasinghe, Professor of Management Studies, Open University of Sri Lanka.

Sri Lanka Journal of Management (SLJMS) is a bi-annual, peer-reviewed International Journal published by Faculty of Management Studies, The Open University of Sri Lanka. In the dynamic business environment, there is a need for innovative researchers in management to understand the patterns and rhythms of the business landscape.

It is vital for researchers to think different for sustainability which is one of the key ideas of this Journal. The Journal encourages scholars around the world to submit their papers in Business Management with the essence of novelty and creativity which is important for the current business context. All theoretical and empirical papers, case studies, research notes, and review articles in management discipline are considered for the publication.

Editor in chief of the journal would like to invite all researchers, specialists, and professionals in various disciplines in Management Studies for your contribution to the upcoming issue in December 2019.
