CTU General Secretary Joseph Stalin said that, although 7 months have passed since the O/L exams the Principals and Teachers involved in the conduct of the O/L exams have not been paid. This is despite allocations made by the Ministry of Education to the Examinations Department for the work, while repeated reminders and calls from the CTU has been in vain.
