An organization that is continually pushing boundaries

As an organization that is continually pushing boundaries and innovating above and beyond what its students want, the transformation Oxford College of Business has gone through over the past 6 years with its recent reinvention – across brand, product and internally – has echoed within all layers of the organization. The GPW listings each year are largely based on information shared anonymously by employees who are invited to rate their workplace on details such as trust, sense of pride and camaraderie. Other aspects include the GPTW’s evaluation of company human resources practices and policies.

“I’m proud to lead a team of people so passionate and skilled. As a company, we thrive on problem solving and doing things smarter, in order to better serve our customers, and this award is testament to the culture at Oxford College of Business, where every team member plays a crucial part in driving innovation – both internally, and for our students. Our culture has been an important factor in our success and the continued reinvention of the company and it takes a team to succeed like we have, and I thank everyone at Oxford College of Business for their commitment and hard work.”
