Udapusella Plantations PLC has announced the appointment of N.H.G.S. Jayasinghe as the Executive Director/Managing Direcor with effect from September 3. The company comes under the Findlays Colombo group where Mr.Jayasinghe is scheduled to take over as Country Head Findlays Sri Lanka from January 1, 2019.

At LB Finance, Ms. Ashwini Natesan has been appointed as a non-executive independent director effective September 1. Ahmed Zalmi Fazeel has been appointed to the board of directors at Morison Plc.
At Swistek (Ceylon) Plc, A.M. Weerasinghe is stepping down as chairman but will remain on the board as a director. Harsha Amarasekera has been appointed a director and chairman of the board from September 1.
At Lanka Ceremic PLC, Dhammika Perera has resigned as chairman/director from August 31. Current Deputy Chairman A.M. Weerasinghe has been appointed as the new chairman.
Top businessman Ishara C. Nanayakkara has resigned as director of Seylan Bank effective September 1.
Alliance Finance Co has appointed Ravindra Eric Rambukwella as Executive Director Credit Operations and Marketing with effect from September 5.
