“Bharat Ko Janiye” (Know India) Quiz open for Entries
View(s):Applications are being called for the “Bharat Ko Janiye” (Know India) Quiz programme, an international quiz programme organised by the Govt of India. Participation is free. Applications close on Sept.15, 2018, and can be registered at www.bharatkojaniye.where all information regarding Registration, Application and Guidelines are available.
Topics of the Quiz include Indian Art, Indian Democracy, Economy, Geography, Personalities in Music & Dance, Science & Technology, Languages & Literature, Education, Tradition of Indian Crafts, Indian Cinema and Renowned Personalities.
The entire Quiz will be organized in 4 Rounds. Rounds I (Scheduled from Sept.16-30) & II will be conducted online. Rounds III & IV (Semifinal and Final Rounds) will be held in New Delhi, said a press release from the Indian High Commission in Colombo.
Top 10 winners from the 1st 2 Rounds will be invited to participate in Round III (Semifinals) and Round IV (Final) in New Delhi. They will be taken on a 15-day tour of India as well.
