Two books by filmmaker
View(s):Two books written by filmmaker Udayakantha Warnasuriya titled, ‘Wassana Sanda’ as a novel and a screenplay will be launched on May 25 at the Regal cinema Colombo.
The two books are written based on the film and this is the second novel written by Udayakantha. Earlier he launched a novel titled ‘Yakada Pihatu’. The screen play ‘Wassana Sanda’ is his second screenplay published as a book. Earlier he published the screenplay of ‘Paya Enna Hiruse’ as a book.
The book launches are taking place simultaneously with the release of his newest film ‘Wassana Sanda’ on May 25 at the Regal cinema Colombo.
This is the 22nd film he directed. The two books are published by Sarasavi publications.
