The British School in Colombo (BSC) emerged Inter-International Schools Under-17 champions when they defeated Lyceum International School (LIS) Panadura by 57 runs in the final of the tournament worked off at the Shalika Grounds in Narahenpita.

The BSC electing to bat first piled up a formidable 239 runs for three wickets from their allotted 40 overs with Pradyun Saikia smashing a sparkling 103 inclusive of four sixes and 11 boundaries. In reply, LIS Panadura managed to score only 182 for nine wickets from their 40 overs with Salman Akbarally (2/26), Thishan Kahadawalaaraarchi (3/28) and Pradyun Saikia (2/32) sharing the wickets.

Wicket-keeper Rahul Chigullapallai was named Best Fielder of the Tournament while Pradyun Saikia won the Best Batsman of the Tournament and the Man-of-the-Final.
