Shehan Lakshitha (MAS) Men and Thakshila Madurangi (MAS Holdings) Women, were adjudged Most Outstanding Players at the Mercantile Volleyball Super League conducted by the Mercantile Volleyball Association at the National Youth Services Council courts, Maharagama.
Shehan received a motorcycle and Thakshila received a Scooty.
MAS Active Leisureline Katunayake and MAS Holdings clinched the Men’s and Women’s Super League titles, respectively.
MAS Active Leisureline defeated Teejay Lanka PLC 25-23, 25-21, 20-25, 25-20 in the Men’s final, with Courtaulds Clothing Lanka (Pvt) Ltd securing 3rd place.
Meanwhile, MAS Holdings won the Women’s title overcoming Brandix Fast Fashion Mihirigama 25-8, 25-7, 25-10 in the final encounter, with Brandix Green Plant Seeduwa taking 3rd place.
