'MAS Blacks' player attempts to beakthrough

Hatton National Bank (HNB) scored a thrilling 59-56 win over defending Mercantile ‘A’ Division champs  & Finance (CCF) at the recommenced 27th Mercantile League Basketball Tournament 2017 at the Henry Pedris Basketball Courts last week.

In a fast game where fortunes swung from side to side, the first half ended 27-19 in favour of HNB. CCF came back into the game strongly, scoring 37 points in the second half, while HNB’s 32 points in the second half enabled them upset the reigning champs by 3 points.
Debutants JAT Holdings scored their second successive win in a Men’s ‘D’ Division match,defeating MAS Holdings Black.     - LR
