Bandarapola MV clinch Matale Netball title
Bandarapola Maha Vidyalaya beat Aluvihara Maha Vidyalaya in the final to emerge Under-18 Netball champions at the Matale Education Zone Inter-School Netball Championship 2017 for Nandimithra Ekanayake Challenge Shield played at Aluvihara Maha Vidyalaya ground Matale last Friday.
Rashini Vimalshika Ariyasena of Bandarapola MV was named as the best player in the Under-18 category. Sri Sangamitta Girls School Matale secured the third place. The tournament was conducted by the sports unit of Matale Zonal Education office.
