hSenid Mobile Solutions, in the business of software and digital services, recently addressed a cross-section of the banking and financial sectors in Colombo, demonstrating its services and products potential.

Dinesh Saparamadu, CEO, hSenid, said that today a shopper would not go to the nearest store to purchase but first grab the nearest digital device and, they are influenced by the trends set by tech leaders such as Google, Apple, Facebook and Ali Baba.

He said banks play a crucial role in the commerce influenced by digital disruption. The hSenid Mobile’s connected-commerce platform facilitates the banks, he said to keep abreast with this environment and connect the digital consumer and business.

“Fuelled by the convergence of Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud (SMAC) computing and growing demand for anytime and anywhere service availability, technology has disrupted all areas of banking thus forcing banks to use technology to create seamless user experience,” he added.

Banking customers, he stated, live in a connected atmosphere and with the explosion of technology the experience across industries influence their expectations from their financial services provider, leading to evolving customer-bank relationship for the banks to be more customer-centric, to meet the rising customer expectations.

Ajith Thadhani, Senior Business Consultant, hSenid said that they are a part of the hSenid Group and have been in the software and digital business for the last two decades, currently present in Australia, Asia, US and Europe.
