1980s popular movie ‘Ridi Thella’ starring Gamini Fonseka and Sriyani Amerasena will be released once again to the public soon.
Directed by Siri Kularatne the film also starred Ravindra Randeniya, Lionel Deraniyagala, Somi Ratnayake, Mervin Jayatunga, B. S. Perera, Jayasekara Aponsu, Senaka Perera, Seetha Kumari, Ratmali Gunasekara, Inoka Amerasena, Wehella Piyathilake, Denawaka Hamine, H. R. Jothipala, Sarathchandra Pathnaduwana, Murie Samarasinghe, Kasun Madurasinghe and Nalaka Perera.
Cinematographed by W. A. B. de Silva with music directed by Somapala Ratnayake, screenplay by Sriyani Amerasena and the editor is Kolin Perera. The playback songs were sung by H. R. Jothipala, Victor Ratnayake and Neela Wickremasinghe. ‘Ridithella’ was produced by K. S. Perera and Arthur U. Amerasena.
