Two Overseas Rugby Clubs , will visit Sri Lanka during latter part of March, on the invitation of Agoal rugby academy of Sri Lanka, to play games against local teams, in four age groups. The age groups are U12, U14, U16 and U19.

The two visiting teams are Heart beat Tigers of Dubai and Al Ain Amblers of Abu Dhabi. The youth rugby tournament will be worked off at the CR &FC grounds.

The Agoal rugby academy has taken the initiative to develop the oval shape ball game with the youth, and the national rugby lies on the youth, hence have produced over 800 rugby players during the past decade.

Further confirmation from the visiting teams, Agoal rugby academy has decided to organise a youth rugby carnival, which would accommodate 6 teams in each group. The responses has been overwhelming, for the invitations extended to the schools, to field teams.
