The case of Harry J vs OSH Holdings postponed for February 26

View(s): The case of Harry Jayawardena vs OSH Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and others came up before Colombo High Court Judge N V Karunatilleke, and was taken up for a decision, this week (last Thursday). The Judge overruled the objections made by the respondents and allowed the revision application and issued notice on the respondents and issued a stay order on the Magistrate’s ruling. Mr Jayawardena’s complaint was over the alleged violation of his proprietary tea blend. The next date for filing objections was postponed for February 26.
