Book on the “Great November Revolution”
View(s):Business professional Dinesh Weerakkody will launch his 5th Book titled The Great November Revolution on November 24 at the BMICH reflecting on the events that led to a change of government earlier this year.In a preface, the author says that the book is “a very inspiring account of what he saw what happened between August 7, 2014 and January 9, 2015. Never told beforehand inscrutably unimaginable”. The story of this book is about how civic-minded citizens,regardless of their party colour, got together with that singleness of purpose, to bring back good governance and fair play into the administration. The book will be priced at Rs 1000 available in the bookstores from December 1st. All proceeds will be donated to the National Kidney Foundation.
