Kings to the fore at Central Finance Sports Carnival
View(s):Parakum team emerged overall winners at the annual Sports Carnival of Central Finance Company held at the NCC grounds in Colombo recently. The event was held under the theme of Kingdoms where the seven teams namely Gemunu, Gajaba, Vijayaba, Parakum, Kashyapa, Mahasen and Wasaba competed under different sports disciplines.
Apart from the sports skills displayed at the event, the major attraction of the day was the tent decorations by the respective kingdoms. Behind overall winners Parakum, Gajaba and Wasaba finished second and third overall respectively.
