‘Around The World in 25 Years’
View(s):The trend setter in regenerating the 70s Rajiv Sebastian is gearing up to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Rajiv and The Clan led by him in style at the Nelum Pokuna.
‘Around The World in 25 years- Rajiv and the Clan’ in Concert will come alive at the Nelum Pokuna on 25th October starting at 7.00pm.
While Desmond De Silva, Annesley Malawana, Indrani Perera, A.E. Manoharan, Sunil Perera, Mariazelle Goonetilleke, Corrine Almeida, Nelu Adikari, Ronnie Leitch, Amila Nadeeshani, Charmika Sirimanna, Sohan Weerasinghe and Manilal Perera who have been close associates with the band are billed to perform, Charith of ‘Sway Dancers’ and Gayani Dance Academy would handle the choreography and the legendary Vijaya Corea would be the Master of Ceremonies.
On this memorable eve, the music loving public will have the honour of listening to some brand new hits such as ‘Boru’ (Corrine Almeida), ‘Koha’ (Ronnie Leitch), ‘Malla Kethaley’ part two – ‘Seethaley Sip Kara Kara Bothaley’ (Desmond De Silva), ‘Yuropaye Pemwathun Wage’ (Rajiv Sebastian) etc.,
