The newest addition at popular Curry Leaves restaurant at W. A. Silva Mawatha in Wellawatta is the authentic Thai restaurant ‘Sri Siam’ in its upper floor.

Presenting a wide array of dishes are ‘Sri Siam Authentic Thai Restaurant’ Chefs, Pattarachon and Amnat who have vast experience in preparing authentic Thai food which would normally be tasted in Thailand only. ‘Sri Siam’ is partnered by Jetthamrong Sethi and Ms. Alisa Sethi who run authentic Thai restaurants, tourist resorts, and other leisure resorts in Thailand and have vast experience in the food business. Lalitha Boonpraiwan, the Manager of ‘Sri Siam’ who is the other Thai Partner also has experience in the administrative / Management sector.

The local partner Dil Wijemanne with experience of over 40 years in the tea business, exports Sri Lanka Tea to various parts of the globe including Thailand and of which the top quality Pure Ceylon Dil’s Tea brand is being served in Thai airways First Class and Business Class cabins has ventured in to the Restaurant business and the Curry leaves Authentic Indian Restaurant has been successfully operating since December 1998.

‘So this is my latest venture. There are many Sri Lankans, who loves Thai cuisine but no proper place to enjoy it. Our effort is to fullfill that void. There are quite a big Chinese and Thai community too in Colombo’ Dil explained about his new venture. Sri Siam Authentic Thai Restaurant the newest real Thai Food Restaurant in town offering Colombo’s lovers of the spicy, tangy, sour and sweet flavors of Thai cuisine.

The restaurant having a seating capacity for 85 pax and function for lunch from11.00am  to 3.00pm and the dinner serves from 6.30pm to 11.30pm every day.
The restaurant also caters for outdoor functions and also has a fully equipped delivery service to bring the Authentic Thai food to your door step
